Elan Sibilia
Founder, Guide & Executive Chef
Elan has spent over two decades navigating the waterways and portage trails of Algonquin Park. What started as childhood summers at summer camp and trips with friends evolved into a career built entirely around wilderness immersion.
After completing his Red Seal chef certification, Elan spent years in Toronto's fine dining scene before returning to his first love — the backcountry. Wild Table Expeditions was born from a simple belief: that the best meals he'd ever eaten were cooked over a fire, under the stars.
Every trip is guided personally by Elan. He carries the maps, reads the weather, and fires the cast iron. You bring your curiosity.
From the trail.
"We arrived with low expectations — "glamping" felt like a compromise. We left having eaten the best meal of our lives beside a fire in the middle of Algonquin. Marcus's cooking is genuinely extraordinary.
